1. The National Insurance Corporation of (T) Ltd (NIC) has
set aside funds in its budget for the financial year 2008 and
it intends to apply part of the proceeds of these payments under
the Contract for Goods and Service.
2. The NIC of (T) Ltd now invites sealed bids from eligible
and interested bidders to tender for:-

Lot No. I: Printing of Various Documents Part I & II
Lot No. II: Supply of Office Stationeries
Bid No. NIC/02/2008 - Supply of Computer Stationeries
Lot No. I: Continuous papers
Lot No. II: Consumable items
Bid No. NIC/03/2008 - Office Cleaning
Bid No. NIC/04/2008 – Generators
Bid No.NIC/05/2008 - Servicing and Repairs
Servicing and Maintenance of Air-Conditioners, refrigerators
and freezers.
Bid No. NIC/06/2008 - Security services
Bid No. NIC/07/2008 - Estate Management
3. Bidders are allowed to tender for one or two or three lots
or all tenders.
4. Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of tender
document upon payment of non refundable fee of Tshs.100,000/=
(one hundred thousand only) or the equivalent amount in a
freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be
cash or bankers cheque or bank draft payable to Managing Director,
NIC (T) Limited P.O. Box 9264, Dar es Salaam.
5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from
the office of Chief Manager, Human Resources and Administration
NIC Head Office, Samora Avenue, 7th floor between 08.00 and
pm and 5.00pm Monday to Fridays inclusive except on public
holidays.
6. The deadline for the submission of tender will be on 30th
November, 2007 at 3.00pm. Tenders will be opened in public
and in the presence of tenderers representatives who choose
to attend in the NIC Board Room, located on 8th Floor of NIC
(T) Ltd Head Office, Building, Samora Avenue, Dar es Salaam
at 3.00 pm.
8. Late Tenders, Portion of Tenders, Electronic Tenders,
Tenders not
received, Tenders not opened and not read out in public at
the tender
opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective
of
the circumstances.
